• Customer shall pay monthly to IM, Inc. the total Monthly Lease Payment during the term of this Lease Agreement.  Customer shall make all Monthly Lease Payments regardless of whether Customer receives an invoice from IM, Inc. In addition to the Monthly Lease Payment, Customer is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local sales, use, or other taxes.  Applicable state and local Sales and Use Tax will be stated separately in the monthly invoice in California, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina and Texas.
• The first months Lease payment is due prior to shipping. There is NO prepayment penalty.
• This No Interest Payment Plan is available by automatic credit card payment method.
