Pre-Course Requirements
Complete these steps before your live virtual course

STEP 1: Complete History & Research Module
Register and complete the 4-part video series (approx. 1 hour) before your course.
⚠️ This step is required. Please complete it at least 48 hours before your course to ensure access to your live session.
STEP 2: Download & Install the IMPro Application
Download and install the IMPro 10.0 application before your course.
- If IMPro 10.0 is already installed, you may skip this step
- If using borrowed equipment, download the 10.L version
- If using IMPro 9.x, contact technical support for assistance
If your facility is using IMPro 9.x or earlier, you must email support@interactivemetronome.com the following information:
- Course Attendee First & Last Name
- Course Date: (example 01/01/2025)
- MCU Serial #: (example NBBxxxxx)
How to locate your serial # from the IM Pro 9.0 & 9.1 software
- Open your IM Pro Software
- Plug in your MCU (Blue & White IM Pro Box)
- Select “Options” from the Main Navigation
- Choose “Authorize Hours”
- Your Serial # will Start with “NBB” and Appear on the Next Screen
We kindly ask that you have these steps completed at least 2 days prior to the course date. This allows time to troubleshoot any technical issues and resolve them before the day of the live event.
STEP 3: Download Course Materials
Download your course materials in advance so they are ready for use during the session.
💡 Pro Tip: You’ll want easy access to your materials during the course, but you can totally take notes in a notebook instead of printing pages.
