The Timing Foundation: Why Lasting Pediatric Gains Start in the Nervous System

A clinical deep-dive into using IM for attention, regulation, and motor progress—from a therapist who’s built a 300-client waitlist.

You know the pattern: A child makes progress in your clinic, but it doesn’t stick. Parents report the same struggles at home and school. You’re working hard, but something foundational is missing.

What if the dysregulation, motor delays, and attention struggles are symptoms of a timing deficit at the nervous system level?

In this webinar, Dillen Hartley, OTR/L—a clinician with nearly 30 years of experience, 36 therapists across 6 clinics, and a 300-client waitlist—shares the clinical framework that’s transformed his pediatric practice.

Thursday, Feb 12th from 1:00pm EST

Length: 45 minutes + Live Q&A Session

What You’ll Walk Away With

Hands-on applicable knowledge, from a working clinician sharing what actually moved the needle with pediatric clients—from kids with mild attention challenges to complex, nonverbal presentations with trauma histories.

The Clinical Skills You’ll Gain

  • The “Timing Pyramid” Framework
Shows parents exactly why their child struggles with attention, regulation, or coordination—and what needs to happen first.
  • Assessment Strategies
These  reveal how a child’s nervous system processes information (not just whether they can clap on beat)
  • Phase Progression Logic
You’ll know when to linger in foundational work vs. when to advance—the mistake most clinicians make.
  • Professional Growth
Expand your clinical toolkit with evidence-based practices that differentiate your services and improve outcomes.
  • Case Application
See real-world examples that connect IM scores and observations to effective interventions.
  • Strategies for Complex Cases
Including trauma, sensory processing challenges, and kids who seem “unreachable”
