Ask yourself two questions...

1. Are your clients permanently  better when they leave your clinic?

2.If there was a way to continue therapy in your client’s home and get paid would you do it?

Just because your client's resources have run out doesn't mean that they are finished with therapy. They still need your help.

They have deficits to work on but they need an affordable, home-based therapy opportunity.

You have a heart willing to help but you still need to be reimbursed for your services.

Enter IM-Home.

IM-Home offers a new vision for managing therapeutic intervention that is designed to fundamentally strengthen and improve neurological and motor function, the sort of permanent change that can’t always happen in 12-15 clinic sessions. It requires a longer partnership between you, the client, and the family.

IM in the clinic allows you to start your client down the road to progress and functional neuroplasticity. But we know that the payor source often interrupts therapy just when things are going well.

IM-Home fits into that reality and continues aggressive, challenging and progressive therapy at home that is planned, monitored and modified by you over the Internet.

  1. The client purchases an IM-Home for $599.

  2. The IM Provider charges an average of $50 per week to monitor and modify the plan of care using the online e-Clinic.

  3. You still see your clients in the clinic, only at the frequency you prefer based on their progress.

They get the care. You keep the client progressing and get paid. With this plan you could potentially create a new line of business for your clinic for clients that you can manage at home.

Meet the Providers who are using IM-Home successfully.

"IM-Home has simplified my treatment planning and saved me time. I now have the capability to help three-times as many clients as I do in the traditional clinic setting. My clients are pleased with the idea of saving time and money both in travel and in time spent at the clinic. Just yesterday, I received an e-mail from a Mom who was ecstatic with her son’s improvement. She was so thrilled with his progress that she sent me a screenshot of his results along with a note that her son was proud of how much he had improved. The neurological improvement from this modality make it one of the first things I reach for in my toolbox.”

Photo of Sherrie Hardy“I am helping 32 kids and 2 adults right now with IM-Home! I could never have done this all at once in the office. This technology is just phenomenal. I had a little boy finish his training last week and he said that he had gotten so much better in school that he preferred to continue so he could get more gains! Now when do you hear an 8 year old ask to do more work?! We always start our Hardy Learning Program with IM before we move on to the next modality. IM-Home has helped us reach even further to help more children and adults reach their goals. I recommend that every IM Provider look into IM-Home as it is integral to the success of my business and to the outcomes of my clients.

Why Time Matters in Learning
March 10, 2011 by Bill Jenkins, Ph.D

"As the old verse goes, "to everything, there is a season." We all know that there’s a time to live, a time to die, a time to plant, and a time to reap. At the Temporal Dynamics of Learning Center (TDLC) at UCSD, they are pursuing a deep understanding of "a time to learn." Research at the TDLC is targeted toward achieving an integrated understanding of the role of time and timing in learning, across multiple scales, brain systems, and social systems...According to the TDLC, "Learning depends on the fine-scale structure of the timing between stimuli, response, and reward. The brain is exquisitely sensitive to the temporal structure of sensory experience..."

IM Opens Doors for Autistic Boy
Communication, Learning and Balance Gains

"Mizuki, a 10-year-old boy, was diagnosed with autism at age 3. He showed strong signs of being overly sensitive to touch and sound. He would panic at the sound of the vacuum cleaner or blender. Rather than speaking, Mizuki would only make noises. Over the next few years, Mizuki participated in a variety of therapies to improve auditory...

...At age 8, when Mizuki was brought to IMprove in Yokohama, Japan, he began to use Interactive Metronome (IM)...

...After 15 IM sessions Mizuki’s post IM score was an amazing 26 milliseconds! His mother purchased an IM-Home unit, which allowed him to do Interactive Metronome in the comfort of their own home. Over the course of two years, Mizuki completed over 55 IM-training sessions. Mizuki’s development has brought him from being classified as autistic to “a slow developer” or having a “learning disability”. Mizuki is a much more relaxed boy. It is as if he were a totally different person than he used to be. His mother intends to continue to use the IM-Home with him every 6 months."
