Dillen Hartley, OTR/L will draw upon 19 years of experience with the use of IM and IM Home with children and adults in outpatient private practice to guide you through the complex and, at times, frustrating world of billing and insurance reimbursement. This comprehensive course will cover all of the fundamentals specific to billing for IM and IM Home services including documentation, coding, claim submission, private invoicing, telehealth, and managing denials.
